To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下晝同同事去食下晝，其實已經過左2點，O的人都好似仲塞住左係到咁坐低無人理，問阿姐個酸辣O的野，真係好似欠左佢咁，答得好唔願意咁到落完單，開始聽到後面O的人開始股燥O的野仲未來皮蛋。。。。。好味，可能鐘意食青椒，夾埋真係幾好食白肉。。。。。無特別亦都無咩味，下次唔會再叫米線同扭紋薯粉都幾好食，O的餸一灌唔會死既質素，不錯唯獨，我真係食唔到我碗酸辣，因為太辣，所以問佢可唔可以去左本身O的湯，加O的清湯，個姐姐話要收＄2無得咁樣加法。後尾同返個店長講件事，最尾係酸辣都有得選酸辣既程度，湯都可以加上去，不過另加一碗就真係要收錢，最覽店長扣返＄2 比我地成件事亂到七彩。。。。。。。。
