To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有同事未食過雙辣屋既咖喱幫襯過一次既我記得個度既咖喱的確好有特色加上查餐廳立場個陣搵到張相影住鋪面表示7.1唔開表示’go to support Hong Kong’ 🥺所以我舉腳贊成!! 🦶🏼🦶🏼每個lunch set都有配是日餐湯同飲品是日餐湯應該係蕃茄湯都係辣既! 🌶入面有舊好似蜂巢豆腐既野、青豆、洋蔥、香料、大量黑椒所以係會越飲越覺得辣架! 🥵主菜方面💁🏽‍♀️我地分別試左幾個sauce👉🏼 原汁咖喱、瑪沙拉(Masala)、椰汁咖喱🍛原汁咖喱又香又辣🍛瑪沙拉(Masala)就比原汁咖喱更加多香料味道多層次少少無咁辣🍛椰汁咖喱係唔係好食得辣既同事點既同Menu上面既圖有色差同事表示辣度媲美熱浪薯片差不多!肉類就試左👉🏼雞肉、牛肉、羊肉雞肉係用雞胸位置所以肉質比較’鞋’牛肉同羊肉處理到好稔好食啊!如果怕羶唔建議叫羊肉啊但我覺得陣羶味又幾夾印度咖喱!圖為羊肉拼瑪沙拉 (其他無影到)覺得sauce都有羊肉既羶味! 🤪Naan好香麥味我覺得仲有少少椰香🥥每人都有3塊我覺得份量岩岩好!另外有同事試左鮮蝦蘑菇炒飯印度米幼身形狀又長d 幾好咬對比咖喱呢個炒
