內地興食牛肉火鍋殺到落黎香港,616分店越開越多,都是以食牛肉火鍋為主,平時食開美國肥牛,牛頸脊,現在可以吃到牛的各個部位火鍋店裝潢比起一般火鍋店新潮,單是看外表差點認不出來有醬料區,自行調味湯底點了鴛鴦酸菜牛骨鍋,一邊是較為濃味的酸菜,酸酸辣辣好醒胃,另一邊是純牛骨湯,夠清牛骨湯內有粟米,蘿蔔同牛骨,牛骨連帶一點牛肉可以吃肉質好腍火鍋前店員先送上西瓜作餐前果,還點了一枝菊花桂圓露,味道不會太甜,夠潤先來一客滑尾龍,可選不加雞蛋,不過加入雞蛋的尾龍可軟化肌肉纖維,入口好肉滑牛肉咁,同肥牛完全兩回事熟板筋就是牛根,湯煲一到立即倒落鍋慢慢煮,最後才吃,每一件都好軟腍挽手腩,半肥半瘦,肥瘦分明,因為牛肉與脂肪之間有一道筋位,所以入口很爽,每一件輕輕一灼就可以最後當然是烏冬,入晒湯味,自己吃一個都得
