To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

突然想食麻辣，自己一個人，就方便快捷地我三哥米線吃。成日經開尖沙咀，一般也會到金馬倫道這家三哥米線。地方非常寬敞，環境尚算清潔。唯一就是太多人排隊，尤其是午飯時候，一般要攞飛輪候等位。這次我下午茶時段去，所以一入去已經有位坐。這次我點了牛肉魚腐皮麻辣湯底中辣。三哥米線出名夠辣，所以中辣已經對於我來說夠辣。米線最緊要湯底，三哥米線的湯底用了多種麻辣辣椒，所以吃上去舌頭會麻麻的。美中不足是加了一點味精。另外一個喜歡三哥米線的原因是他可以選擇新鮮肉類，牛肉豬肉雞肉等等。這些肉應該加了梳打粉，所以非常鬆軟。魚腐和腐皮配麻辣湯底非常惹味，吃得我大汗淋頭，很滿足呢。
