To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身每個星期二都會幫襯旺角間雲桂香，上癮，見到銅鑼灣附近都有間當然要去食，依舊係叫豬軟骨同蘿蔔同中辣。銅鑼灣店既中辣比旺角店油少少同辣少少，其他食材應該都係統一採購，大同小異，蘿蔔大大舊好入味，而豬軟骨都整到好""林"好易入口，係稍稍肥左少少，不過份量都好足下。無論旺角店定如銅鑼灣店都一樣既係...每次去到都必定要排隊。不過銅鑼灣店地方都算大，兩個人去既話，等5分鐘就有得入座～如果人多就建議轉陣了
