冬陰功唔係原料熬製,開湯包或者湯粉,味道偏鹹,失去原有風味。燒豬髀(188¥,food),(店員聲稱)滷水完再炸,起冇上粉或漿既情況下炸,豬皮會吸返晒啲油,體驗不好。因為本人是廚師,如果餐牌係寫滷水炸豬脾,我一定唔會叫。相信店員都了解情況,但處理手法不如理想木瓜沙律,有泰式風味,整體係好食。環境方面,優美雅觀。今晚體驗整體一般不算良好。
