To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久不久就要吃吃譚仔三哥，我是喜歡他的湯，因為很久以前吃第一次的時候，是覺得比起其他店的湯底更有獨特的風味。可是很多次，湯的水準不太穩定。不過基於相信我會再嚐得到當初的味道，還是會隔一段時間就來。譚仔三哥的配菜選擇其實真的很普通，墨丸是可以。炸醬也不是我的菜，點是因為想要多點肉。點了竹笙，又不用功夫煮的。所以重點真的還是湯。今天的湯，三哥酸辣，有酸香刺激，有三小辣的微辣配合。可是那種獨特的味道真的沒有了，可以我說不出是什麼。
