To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友聯誼,自助餐是個不錯的提案。小弟腸胃一直不太理想,平時都以熱食為主。而自助餐給人的印象不外乎生蠔、龍蝦或長腳蟹等海鮮冷盤為主,熱食較為欠奉。友人邀約下到add@Prince品嚐自助餐,而小弟第一時間當然要「視察」熱食質素,而令小弟稱心,就是熱食選擇豐富!除中西風味外、亦提供多款印度咖哩,以及是晚主題的泰式風味。除此之外,招牌素菜千層麵、冬陰功更值得一讚而最令人驚喜是清湯蘿蔔牛腩!甜!嫩!鮮!(蘿蔔一掃而空)甜品方面,add@Prince提供多款蛋糕(推介:朱古力慕斯蛋糕)、movenpick雪糕等add@Prince的菜餚款式配搭中,看得出一份心思,照顧不同年齡層食客,值得一讚,下次都會再試!
