今日來到紅磡觀音廟附近,本來想去黃埔那邊找個地方食下野,行到半路突然想停下來飲杯咖啡輕鬆下,有點不想行到那麼遠,最後選擇了一間Laffee, 都見是一間新開的cafe,而且都好想試下他們的食物及咖啡,幸好店舖都晤太多人,安排座位後店員奉上杯水及餐牌給我,選擇好食品之後去到收銀位置先落單及付款。平時我多數都是點黑咖啡冇糖,今日原來好想飲cold blew ,可是已經售罄,但都好想試下他們的特色咖啡,所以我點了杯桂花黑咖啡($48),一杯冰水加入了桂花釀,杯上掛了些桂花花瓣,自行加入espresso, 味道散發淡淡桂花香,咖啡的味道又不會太苦瀝,微甜滋味與咖啡都好平均,冰涼透心。店中咖啡主要味道都是偏nutty, 產地來自危地、巴西及埃塞,不過我個人覺得味道都晤會是太nutty ,酸香及nutty都好平均。先來一份主食,選擇了食個pasta黑松露姬松茸意粉($120),它加入了忌廉、洋蔥碎、黑松露醬、姬松茸及野菌去烹煮,意粉都好掛汁濃稠,好有咬口,嚼中有陣陣野菌香,黑松露味反而晤太重 ,姬松茸及雞脾菇都好爽口,整體都不錯好食。最後少不得一份甜品,從蛋糕櫃內選出了一件烏龍茶寒天捲蛋($50)
