To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

先说价格:这家海鲜餐厅号称人均100-200元,实际上这是不可能的,除非不食海鲜。原因是这里的海鲜加工就要150元一位,而且在点餐前是没有提示的。天知道这个100-200的人均价位是怎么弄出来的。说回食物:点了三个海鲜。赖尿虾、竹节虾和鲍鱼。送了豆腐鱼汤和果盘,然而无法挽回对食物的失望。竹节虾有一只不新鲜,整体没问题;清蒸的鲍鱼没有离壳,需要自己割开,有点奇怪;但大只的赖尿虾,椒盐之后就非常失望,瘪瘪的没有肉感,跟之前在西贡吃的同一道菜简直不是同类,除了价格一致。卫生看似不错,但是老板在室内抽烟。最后加15%服务费价格770,加工费打折是120一位。
