To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想食個有質素嘅中菜,但又唔想洒店格局,就嚟呢度試吓。 首先一出𨋢我係以為自己去錯地方,因為我預咗一入去應該係好多大光燈,一個好中式酒樓嘅餐廳,但實際係燈光較暗,有強勁嘅音樂🎶。被安排窗邊位,加上當晚好好天,可以欣賞香港無敵夜景😍餐前小食佢哋送咗蝦片,一大籃,好好味,完全清晒😂。之後叫咗「鮑參翅肚佛跳牆」,「招牌極品蟹皇翅」,「蟶子皇」,「游水龍蝦兩食」,最後再加個「蘆筍」。質素好好,足料,當中我最欣賞係個蟶子,佢洗得好乾淨,好大隻,另外個龍蝦都好好味,啖啖肉👍🏻食完其實都好飽,不過又有啲口痕,於是就叫咗甜品,「杏仁茶、桃膠雪耳」,點知佢上台嗰陣時候,話係佢哋送俾我哋食,意外驚喜✌🏻✌🏻
