To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

越高期望，越會失望，感覺一般迴轉壽司店。無優惠唔會嚟，去番一平民迴轉已足夠。服務態度：正常。環境方面：有點嘈，迴轉會好點，因為有板隔住。食物質素：刺身新鮮無雪味，施羅肥美。軟殼蟹就一般太凍。鰻魚就麻麻地，無咩味，唔似係炭燒。最好味係厚玉子燒夠熱。性價比：中等。總結：作為較高級別日本料理店，客人都比較高期望，一分錢一分貨，但食物賣相比較差。感覺同我平時食元氣無咩分別。但價錢就x2。有點失望。好味指數
