To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嘗試這打電話訂餐位,才知道這家店不接受定位,店家建議11點來就不用排隊(太保守了),我12點到的,開始抽號,叫A12,這還真說明要不排隊得11點來,這會兒都叫了12個號了,我抽到的A20號,不過叫號空號很多,大約5-10分鐘就輪到我入座了。點餐普通話友好(不過我用了蹩腳粵語點餐),餐食比較精緻,味道還行,上餐挺快的,菜量不是很大,中規中矩的日料,不算特別驚豔,但也不踩雷。

中環午餐品質之選,中午跟朋友一起去食,朋友說千兩最好吃的店就是這家🤭這裏有迴轉可以自選,也可以單點時令壽司拼盤最愛中拖羅 魚生切片好厚實 食材很新鮮 最喜歡中拖羅、赤海蝦和銀鱈魚炙燒和牛手卷炙燒之後的和牛就更香了,生菜包裹著和牛,上面還有魚籽,豐富的層次感,不錯👍🏻特上壽司五點各款有一,吞拿魚還是我比較喜歡的,厚切魚生吃上去好滿足😌牛油果軟殼蟹卷這個沒有太驚艷 牛油果不太香 軟殼蟹還可以 朱古力心太軟伴雲尼拿可以同時吃到雪糕和朱古力心太軟蛋糕🥳

等緊朋友一齊去AIA,人哋話要5pm所以入去食d嘢等口碑一向唔錯,可能係下午茶關係,所以無乜人,不需等,計計吓發現$286 刺身併盤有幾款唔係特別鍾意嘅魚貝類,最後玩自由配搭刺身加件蛋壽司無乜特別,keep 到水準,佢哋壽司一向係原有食材上再加d點蛋軟滑又甜我最鍾意反而係用鮮磨山葵,有少少青草味配豉油味道比較融合d食少少就算啦附近有間Bacha 咖啡,值得一試

嚟到千兩度,死啊心諗我點知今次食得咁鮮咁滑! 先講個辣味三文魚啦,簡直係爆燈,辣得嚟唔搶味,啖啖肉感覺彈牙得嚟唔會過火,夾埋酸甜嘅芥末醬,真係夠晒kick。你話軟殼蟹手卷,啲蟹一啖入口, 即刻感覺到啲脆皮同內裡啲肉嘅鮮香,講真嘅,好想即刻叫多個!👍跟住嚟個安康魚肝,嗯,真係只可以用平平無奇嚟形容,可能啫喱啫喱嘅口感唔啱我。但當原隻生蠔登場嗰陣,我就喊曬出嚟,海鮮味爆棚,新鮮到食嘅時候諗住海邊嘅浪花撲面而嚟嘅感覺。話晒,迷你海膽三文魚籽飯都係必推介,小碗裝得剛剛好,啖啖海膽同魚籽,杯水車薪咁滿足!層次分明嘅口感,食完之後心情都跟住好起嚟!撇去啲炸物凍淡嘅小插曲,今次食得幾High。下次再嚟,我定必重溫海膽同埋三文魚嘅美妙!🍣🥢👀

去完AIA carnival玩完之後,想舒舒服服,飲啖茶,食壽司,去千兩就最好不過😬👍🏻今日我哋叫咗兩set壽司拼盤,我同老公一人一個拼盤,唔使爭,亦都唔使諗咁多😂,費事選擇困難症,之後再叫多一份火炙三文魚卷物,兩個人已經飽晒!壽司拼盤:🌟火炙吞拿魚好好味,充滿魚油🤤🤤🌟吞拿魚正常發揮🌟左口魚裙邊油脂分散到個口入面🤤🌟帆立貝都OK啦,份量足夠!🌟三文魚不過不失🌟炙燒牛油赤海蝦呢個同元氣實在太似啦 🤣如果散叫我會去返元氣叫🌟炙燒帆立貝分量足夠,yummy🌟油甘魚油甘魚都好新鮮,如果再厚啲就好了🌟蟹膏甜蝦不嬲都好鍾意食呢個,佢哋係Perfect match🌟三文魚子 爆出一粒粒魚子嘅鮮味 🌟火炙三文魚卷物可以滿足到鍾意食三文魚嘅慾望,又唔使恐懼食咁多生既三文魚會生蟲嘅危機😂😂滿足~
