餐廳位於大角咀大全街,上次來都已經好幾年之前了。原來餐廳裝修過,一邊牆整咗好多航海主題嘢,另一邊牆就介紹餐廳嘅主打菜式。而頭頂就整咗啲魚網,放些塑膠貝類、魚蝦蟹、水泡等做裝飾。感覺煥然一新,無以前咁老土。每張餐檯上面都放咗不同的燈塔燭台,都幾有心思。小食揀咗【黑松露菌醬意式馬斯卡普芝士夾心比薩】和【法國鵝肝3oz蘋果沙律】,主菜揀咗【美國肉眼牛扒12oz】和【焗金獅魚柳】,飲品揀咗【黑牛】和【加州牛油果沙冰】,甜品就叫咗【心太軟朱古力布甸】。【黑松露菌醬意式馬斯卡普芝士夾心比薩】呢個原來係得過獎,牆上介紹的就是呢個pizza。有三個食法。第一個就是就咁食。面頭有好多好香嘅芝士粉,裡面就有黑松露醬。Pizza餅係好脆的。三樣嘢夾埋嘅味道都好夾,大家都無搶大家的味道。第二個食法係,加些提子醋。我覺得提子醋嘅味唔特出,仲會整濕件pizza,減低咗個脆口感。第三個食法係,再加有機菜。感覺上,好似有種食椰絲的感覺,但係又將黑松露的味道奪去咗。所以,都係鍾意咩都唔加,就咁食。兩杯飲品一齊上。牛黑都好耐無飲過了,可樂底加朱古力雪糕,令人懷念。牛油果沙冰好 creamy,好有牛油果香,少少甜,好香滑。

焗得香噴噴。蕃茄醬好濃好出色。

加咗麵包糠一起焗,令到魚柳外層多了一重香脆感。至於魚柳的肉質就很鮮嫩細緻,好好味。
