Restaurant: Chong Fat Chiu Chow Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老婆細個時同家人常去的食店,多年冇去想重拾童年回憶,怎知多年後竟變成......!很不愉快的一餐,實在不吐不快!一家四口去為外母預早慶祝母親節,叫左鹵水鵝肝、鹵水鵝件、胡椒豬肚湯、炸雙棗、豬腳凍、水瓜烙、另加一碗白飯兩碗清心丸豆爽,完全冇叫貴價菜。環境同食物水準只算一般,但價錢上就......,冇Menu,菜單全寫在四面牆上,見到有價錢的都算ok,但有好多冇寫價錢,如果唔問清楚到結賬才知中蕉已經太遲,例如鹵水鵝肝和鹵水鵝件,見到張賬單竟收$500,眼都突晒,感覺被騙同唔值!以此價錢在其他食店一定食得好好多!此次為本人第一次去創發,但今生只此一次,一定冇下次!
