To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直都好鍾意食宜家既肉丸，間唔中有野要黎買都順便食，間唔中又見佢餐廳會有新野，今次畀佢既龍蝦酥皮湯吸引🦞基本上每檯都會見到呢個湯，不過一試之後真係有啲失望，龍蝦肉丁點咁多係預料之內，但期望既龍蝦湯味異常失色，淡而無味之餘，入口非常稀。紅酒汁煮豬肋骨併扁身薯條🍟首先醬汁完全無紅酒味之餘，豬肋骨，骨以外，便是肥膏😭扁身薯條係我所餘下既希望，薯條唔太熱，內裡口感粉糯。pizza 既味道一般， 比較硬，而且入口帶油膩感，不太好。除左肉丸既質素維持到之外，其他真係令人相對失望左啲，價位唔高，間中順便食尚可。
