板神有三間分店,我選擇了灣仔分店,因為位於30樓高,可以一覽夜景🌃我點了一點美國牛簿切及澳洲牛厚切。先上沙律前菜,柚子醋很開胃,配海蜇。刺身有3款。然後師傳開始燒,我們點了一點鵝肝、一個帶子,鵝肝用麵包夾著,然後燒鮑魚,十分新鮮及爽口。大蝦🍤也很鮮甜及爽口!主菜牛肉,厚切的牛肉味較香,簿切卷著蒜片及蔥菜燒了秋葵、紅椒、蘑菇。最後炒飯,拌著牛肉碎及洋蔥🧅,略嫌不夠咸。甜點是焦糖多士。完滿!
