To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 噚日星期日，家姐阿哥都放假，一齊出咗去食意樂。去到大概等10分鐘有位。我哋4個人，帶位職員睇住隔離個大媽拉走我哋張櫈唔理，話呢張枱。我截住佢，你睇到俾人拉走咗櫈我4個人點坐？佢先死死地氣喺第二度拉張凳俾我坐低叫咗4份餐，其中2份係豬肋骨，職員話豬肋骨會耐啲。無問題。結果我足足等咗35分鐘，我未試過叫豬肋骨要咁耐。出面食都係15至25分鐘。佢要35分鐘。最離譜係我媽叫咗杯熱檸茶，落單無錯但係唻錯。叫職員換過。等咗超過15分鐘再問，我媽都未講完，職員態度好差話你等多陣啦唻緊啦！結果我份豬肋骨到杯茶都未有，我再叫職員先至俾到杯熱檸茶過嚟！仲要個職員面向我企喺出餐位最初一直唔理我，之後佢行過我伸手截佢先死死氣應我之前問拎餐具又係咁熱檸茶要等超過35分鐘？態度又差！食物味道一般。我哥叫咗拉麵，話拉麵唔似拉麵好難食。餐湯又唔熱，微涼。味道一般還可以接受。職員態度差不能忍囉！！
