To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實我好少寫餐廳負評,只寫過一次。今次真係好黑仔,去呢間餐廳食米線,俾錢買難受!落單時,我叫咗熱豆漿但後來侍應俾咗支凍豆漿我。因為我唔飲得凍嘢,所以同侍應講聲唔要凍豆漿,但侍應的反應不但不願意取消張單,還覺得是我的問題,直到我要大聲解釋先肯取消張單。當初我講熱豆漿,侍應是否有責任聽清楚顧客才下單? 落單時,侍應是否有責任向顧客說餐廳沒有提供熱豆漿?如果我知道沒有熱豆漿一定不會落單。這種服務態度真係留下好差既印象,不會再去呢間!
