To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

試過兩次外賣幾十隻餃子，因為係幾個人分嚟食，所以問佢攞兩包辣椒醬（一包非常細），第一次問佢攞辣椒醬嘅時候，可能佢心情好，俾咗一包。第二次去，可能見又係我，又係買咗幾十隻餃，又問佢攞兩包辣椒醬，佢即刻好唔高興，態度十分之差，話只可以比一包，同埋入邊已經放一包，話d辣椒醬好貴，咁我咪算數返咗去，打開個外賣原來一包辣椒醬無，原來求其敷衍打發咗我走。既然你啲辣椒醬咁矜貴，建議你明碼實價收錢，我唔介意俾，但唔好要人求你，唔好俾說話人聽，唔好講大話當我傻嘅咁樣敷衍我，做生意好嚟好去嘅啫，自己辣椒醬控制唔好成本，覺得比出去係會蝕嘅話，咁你咪標價錢明碼實價收錢囉，點解要發洩落啲客人度？無下次。
