To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 服務態度非常差，光是點菜就等了10分鐘一個沙拉等了30分鐘。當時撿了一個龍蝦沙拉，沒有告訴我們龍蝦沙拉不提供等了，60分鐘問了以後才發現沙拉沒了，所以我們只能重新再點apple crumble 太甜了，全是肉桂焦糖，很不好吃。太膩了。一份150的吞拿魚沙拉很少，裡面只有一些劣質的吞拿魚罐頭，很濃的醬而且等了20分鐘才上來。這裡的服務員都愛理不理的招手半天才會聽到，你要是著急的話，千萬不要來這家店吃這裡的菜非常的普通，沒什麼好吃的。
