To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

先係個呀姐粗魯將餐牌扔落台 等左10分鐘後先落倒單 個落單呀姐行路慢過拖地 1440落單 等到其他遲過我黎嘅人食完離開我碗米線都未到 由於趕時間1508準備走先見到碗米線係廚房推出 唔想浪費食物我轉外賣唔明點解個場人唔多 雖然呀姐人數少 都feel唔到佢哋有幾urgent 聽到佢仲答其他台話依家繁忙時間 但係都見唔到有繁忙？？？ 最後收錢嘅staff有道歉 不過人手方面同某些呀姐嘅態度有待改善 如果真係要等好耐 可以係落單時通知
