Restaurant: 復興粥麵專家
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

帶小朋友去睇牙科保健，順手去荔景村感受童年回憶。呢間粥舖以前細細個返學嘅時候日日都食。好似裝修過，唔記得個名係咪一樣嚕！嚟得呢啲舊式嘅粉面店，真係唔預佢有服務可言！艇仔粥就少左好多料，以前啲艇仔粥真係料多過粥，而家撈到底先有...不過而家乜都貴，少左料都好正常。但係真係抵讚， 潮式四寶河，啲肉丸樣樣都好食。最正係佢粒墨魚丸，鮮味、彈牙！ 一碗裏面只得一粒。真係唔夠喉。好想買一斤返去同老公一齊嘆！埋單嘅時候問阿姐可唔可以睇下一斤大概有幾多。阿姐串爆話冇數過唔知幾多粒...邊得閒逐粒數...咦咦哦哦⋯⋯挑！唔想賣咪鬼寫個價出嚟吖！（利申:當時十一點幾，係非繁忙時間！睇杯豆漿就知幾多位淨！）

艇仔粥就少左好多料，以前啲艇仔粥真係料多過粥，而家撈到底先有...不過而家乜都貴，少左料都好正常。
