To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 周末約咗屋企人一齊飲茶提早慶祝母親節，早咗成個幾禮拜book枱，要book 兩張檯一齊坐。屋企人一早到咗，話要等，佢哋話ok, 我哋到咗問佢，佢就話係要等㗎啦，其實我哋都唔知咩事，話Ok, 整整吓佢就話嘟埋個安心出行就入得，入到去點知佢俾咗兩張大斜角既枱，我哋問有冇啲平排嘅枱， 佢就話冇，仲講人人都係咁㗎啦。咁OK啦我哋就坐低咗。點知我出去洗手間見到有四張吉枱可以平排咁坐， 咁我就問部長可唔可以調過去，個部長話唔得㗎，有個客一定坐其中一張枱，咁我就問佢咁另外果兩張呢？佢話唔得啦，人哋訂咗。咁我就話其實我哋都係一個幾禮拜前訂咗嘅，佢話依家真係冇位啦，陣間有位我再幫你安排啦。最後當然就係不了了之⋯⋯如果想一家人開開心心去食餐飯， 呢間野真係唔係一個好選擇，食物又貴，質素一般，呢個價錢可以係出面搵到更多更好嘅選擇。
