To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

態度惡劣，不能接受

最近我喺外賣平台叫咗一份訂單，但送到嚟嘅時候有錯！我即刻向平台反映要求部份退款，我即刻接到餐廳打嚟嘅電話，要求我哋送返個飯俾佢哋。咁樣嘅情況真係令人無法接受，如果要咁樣處理，我哋仲洗咩叫外賣呢？餐廳嘅態度非常惡劣，唔單止冇禮貌，最令人失望嘅係，佢哋仲cut線，完全唔尊重客人。對我來講，呢間茶餐廳嘅服務質素已經跌至谷底，根本唔值得我再幫襯。服務唔好，食物質素又唔穩定，真係冇理由再浪費時間同金錢喺呢度。我決定永世唔再光顧，希望佢哋可以反省一下，改善自己嘅服務質素。
