To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 舉手叫落單,阿叔見到就叫我等等,之後就冇左件事。等左好耐先落到單,個餐等好耐,我個單點湯飯都食哂,朋友個晚市套餐都仲未黎(唔係蒸野),一催單,個阿叔瞄一瞄我就冇左件事,最後叫個唔知經理定主任幫我跟,但佢聽完又走左去冇左件事。隔左3分鐘,我再四圍望,佢先行埋去水吧度講。食物一般,同一般茶餐廳冇分別,但就扮到好似大興般較高檔,唔抵食。整體而言,啲侍應甚至主任都冇耐性之如,仲要無視啲食客,冇心做其實倒不如趁早落閘收工。
