To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

<男侍應態度惡劣>應該嚟咗個新嘅廚房姐姐，一入餐廳已經聽到一個身材肥胖嘅男侍應，對廚房姐姐大聲呼喝，雖然餐廳唔係坐滿哂食客，坐得嗰三份一，first impression已經不予置評。坐低咗揀嘢食啦，第一次食唔識，諗住環保啲一張單叫兩個飯，都係話兩個圈圈姐，個男侍應就叫每個人寫一張單，咁我地跟佢規矩照做啦。等咗一陣，出餐上漏咗個漢堡扒，男侍應唔check單拎出黎，我哋同返男侍應講之後，佢就去廚房發姐姐晦氣。埋單俾錢，男侍應直頭當我哋透明，一啲禮貌都冇。野食普通，態度惡劣，成功幫你老細講趕客，叻仔！
