To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說早上一家四口到金華食早餐，我老婆同兩個女入去先，跟住我5分鐘後先至到，一入到去見到個侍應對住佢哋三個企喺度等，我以為等乜嘢原來佢話等佢哋叫四個餐先落，我拗晒頭成間舖得六七成入座率，前後卡位都冇人坐，其實叫四個餐冇乜所謂，但係我有一個女唔食早餐，叫咗嘥晒啲嘢，其實想走，最後都係叫多一個餐算，因趕住搭車又黃雨，一個好差嘅體驗。平時我一個人周不時都會去幫襯，都見到同樣情況發生，不禮貌對待，自己親身體驗真係唔好受，我諗今次係最後一次幫襯。
