母親節一早訂了11人枱， 今日打去詢問可唔可以帶狗仔佢話唔可以， 其實都冇問題，雖然在Openrice相片中見到有狗喺佢餐廳裏面 。再問佢可唔可以坐terrace／balcony，佢話唔可以， 那位外籍人士重好串咁話我哋唔可以起個terrace /balcony畀你， 態度極之惡劣， 還主動提議話可以cancel 個booking，係唔係冇咗限聚令有少少生意就可以咁過份呢？ 當然我哋取消咗booking， 唔知佢啲嘢係唔係真係全香港最好食都好( 相信唔會係） ，但係佢啲咁嘅態度行為實在過份， 如果想去嘅請諗一諗先， 鍾意受氣食飯嘅就冇問題。I had a reservation made weeks ago for Mothers day's lunch and called them today to enquire whether we can bring our little dog along, the answer was no which is fine even though I can see the photos in Open Rice had dogs insid
I had a reservation made weeks ago for Mothers day's lunch and called them today to enquire whether we can bring our little dog along, the answer was no which is fine even though I can see the photos in Open Rice had dogs inside the restaurant. Then when asked whether we can be assisgned to sit on the terreace/balcony, the guy sarcastically replied that they cannot build a terrace/ balcony for us.. and proactively asked us to cancel the booking ....WTF,....so one day of better business opportunity can treating your customer like this ? No wonder they have some bad comments on their services in the past, who cares they have the best food in HK which I don't think they have but with this kind of attitude and rude behavior，please consider before anyone want to visit.
