To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前和先生試吃早餐,侍應主動提議加菠蘿包,還主動提出把包剪一半給我們 share,感覺窩心,雖然菠蘿包以外的食物麻麻,也再光顧第二次。但第三次光顧侍應態度極度惡劣,落單時不耐煩,不停問飲甚麼,我們問清楚是先生的餐飲還是我的,因我還未叫我的餐,她就大聲呼喝說:那你說嘛!查詢菠蘿包未有如點餐時說的剪一半,侍應說我得閒幫你剪沒問題,現在忙不剪!好像我們求她們的!本來想支持這類老式茶餐廳,奈何侍應自己不爭氣,顧客不會花錢買難受的!
