To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說晚上9點放工下班去買外賣，我入到去見到個應該老闆的人在包雞脾飯外賣，但個盒應該太細，佢蓋極都蓋唔到，然後有人行去收銀埋單（我一早企喺收銀，但諗住等佢忙完先落order)。咁有人埋單，我都俾佢埋咗先，但個人攞張一仟蚊出來，個所謂老闆就黑面。咁我見佢找完錢，放張一仟蚊入櫃，我咪落單囉～點知俾佢好無禮貌同晦氣咁話我。然後我當然取消order走人。其實你唔想做咪落閘囉～唔想收一仟蚊咪同客人講囉～做咩搵我出氣
