To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 多年無去，諗住經過，已經排隊買飛又要排隊拿食物。用了差不多半個鐘。買食物時話辣汁可否分开上，因小朋友吾食我食辣，佢話辣汁叧上要$18，如要大就$38， 跟住話可拿食物時叫前枱加小小比你，跟住等了半個鐘拿食物時，那些臭串服務員話辣汁要另買，問我要大定細，我又重覆收銀嗰番話，跟住佢話吾得要收錢。好，我就要細，個臭串即刻啤住我話細得兩滴炸喎，好，我都要。以上是我幾十年去光顧餐廳嘅一次非常印象深刻的餐廳服務經驗，亦希望是最後一次。希望此餐廳管理人感受到你此餐廳給我及其他客人的非常服務體驗。另㚈，除此不快㚈，詚白講食物質數非常一般。
