To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說跟朋友口中得知， 這裏的叉燒很出名喔， 訂位時預訂了叉燒。到酒店大堂直上中餐廳112F，落地玻璃可遠望香港景色，服務員貼心有禮，今次order了不同款式點心，每次差不多吃完就接著上另一款菜式。蜜汁叉燒選用黑毛豬， 入口鬆化。還有其他炸物唔油膩，如蝦多士👏， 蜂巢芋角，其他食物都好精緻的呢。茶款有幾種選擇，今次選了雨前龍井茶，但茶不是太濃厚，較清淡。需要求服務員換新茶包才有茶味呢。最後，當然要去全水晶打卡位影相呢

茶款有幾種選擇，今次選了雨前龍井茶，但茶不是太濃厚，較清淡。需要求服務員換新茶包才有茶味呢。
