To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老公帶我食好西,佢話呢度出名,平日日頭經過都係排長龍啊!晚餐反而唔使排隊,即刻有位。老公推介意粉,我就想食通粉,order常餐义燒意粉改通粉,唔知點解侍應問係咪要炒蛋,我又順應佢改炒蛋,有點後悔。總的來講,通粉質地唔錯,之但係湯底唔掂,有d杰,似乎粉漿過多,通粉煮過龍。炒蛋反而有驚喜,唔太生又夠味,配厚多士,即刻加番分。
