To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到有人話呢度牛丸墨丸做得好好，專程過來試一試。唔好意思，食食下先記得影相😂雙丸麵，牛丸加墨丸。牛丸爽口，有彈力，裏面加咗少許冬菜提升味道，都幾獨特。墨丸有粒粒墨魚，咬口煙韌，都有鮮味，都不錯。幼麵潤滑嗰隻，不是爽口彈牙，各有各好；可惜略嫌去鹼不足，有鹼啲水味，需要改善。湯底一般，可能比鹼水味遮蓋，食不到鮮味。熱奶茶水準一般，顏色比較深，茶味不夠略為淡口，不是我杯茶。整體合格以上，有進步空間。少少補充，下午時段，樓面收錢只得兩人，略為人手不夠。

牛丸爽口，有彈力，裏面加咗少許冬菜提升味道，都幾獨特。
墨丸有粒粒墨魚，咬口煙韌，都有鮮味，都不錯。
幼麵潤滑嗰隻，不是爽口彈牙，各有各好；可惜略嫌去鹼不足，有鹼啲水味，需要改善。
湯底一般，可能比鹼水味遮蓋，食不到鮮味。

熱奶茶水準一般，顏色比較深，茶味不夠略為淡口，不是我杯茶。

整體合格以上，有進步空間。
