To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 永年士多好出名呀😍😍😍所以特意黎朝聖😂😂呢個係招牌大碗麵裏頭有佢招牌嘅十種最出名嘅嘢食我哋眼見就有1.豬紅 2.蘿蔔 3.翼尖 4.雞翼 5.豬腸 6.魚蛋 7.豬皮 8. 魷魚 9.紅腸 10.油菜 11. 麵底👉 粗麵 我地揀咗微辣講下碗嘢先：※ 份量👉算唔錯幾多下，一個人當lunch食都夠飽（食量大嘅男士可能唔夠飽）※ 湯底👉算無味精，同比較濃郁※ 麵底（粗麵）👉算爽口，但食落口就有d鞋口※ 餸+辣汁（整體）👉都唔錯，不過d辣汁就擺賣一 邊，唔均勻，有d配料就好辣，有d就無味😂😂間舖佈置得好又文青風🤗同招牌大大隻清晰可見好容易穩❌最後有两樣嘢個人覺得要改善嘅地方1. 冇調料架👉想問有無醋，店員係冇嘅2. 座响趟門附近嘅人（由於當時店內人多只有這個位置，也明白地方淺窄）當每一個人出出入入，坐喺趟門隔離嗰個人都要借一借，唔借嘅就好容易整到😡總括嚟講，本人覺得有小小失望價錢較貴:2.5/5環境迫:4/5食物質素:2.5/5
