平日路過都會望多兩眼,今次就真係第一次入去食,唔睇openrice唔知,原來依間野都好出名下!有報紙雜誌報導過,而且網上啲食評普遍都係好評!Openrice好多人都集中講佢地啲甜品好靚好好味!講真!甜品我一向好少食,但我亦都樂於去試新野試左依個CUPCAKE,個店員介紹比我,叫我可以試下,試落味道真係唔錯!今次依個CUPCAKE係梅的味道,帶D酸酸甜甜咁,但入口硬硬實實的但好夠滑溜同有彈性,唔係入口即融個種, 要細味幾下先慢慢開始融化,口感特別。唔同平時食既雪糕同CUPCAKE,比較軟身同好易溶。 煙三文魚麥包,用全麥的麥方包,覺得好有咬勁,加上生菜絲及紫色生洋葱同芝麻菜、夾上煙熏三文魚同芝麻菜,好正!,因為用煙熏既方法將三文魚的味道帶出,又唔會話腥,加上同清爽疏菜既配合,一拍即合!今次食住甘多先啦,下次再泥再食其他!
