看到網上吃播介紹旺角「明廚」的海鮮好吸引,見銅鑼灣有店,Openrice上’0‘差評,就決定試下.提前做過功課,食物目標明確,餐廳也容易搵,按booking時間,兩人順順利利到達,開餐.1)琥珀醉瀨尿蝦 HKD488.- (7/10)整隻瀨尿蝦7分熟,切段,青瓜片墊底,冷碟上檯後,淋酒於蝦身……蝦段保持了本身的自然色,披上透明的酒液,相信此為‘琥珀’,以酒浸泡,此為‘醉’ ,故,得名:琥珀醉瀨尿蝦. 算是有創意的菜式!唔知係唔係食材有偏差,今日啲瀨尿蝦肉有些霉,唔彈牙,而且酒味中帶有些許腥氣…..難道是這道菜的特色?下次我會試另外的招牌‘鬼火深喉瀨尿蝦’2)雙天至尊凍鵝肝 HKD198.- (8/10)口感棉滑冇的輸!甜鮮的調味汁配著脆米粒和沙律蔬菜絲,鵝肝軟/米粒脆/蔬菜爽口! 唯一不適應的:切片過厚,因為我哋2個人食1碟,有啲滯,4人order比較適合3) 油鹽焗香港火焰奄仔蟹 HKD588.- (8/10)- 因為唔係奄仔蟹當造期,店家改用了肉蟹(其實奄仔蟹先係我既目標😅)- 火焰的作用係錦上添花,但會增加一些燒long的味道- 的確係肉蟹啲size大一些,油鹽焗的蟹膏蟹肉已經

- 因為唔係奄仔蟹當造期,店家改用了肉蟹(其實奄仔蟹先係我既目標😅)
- 火焰的作用係錦上添花,但會增加一些燒long的味道
- 的確係肉蟹啲size大一些,油鹽焗的蟹膏蟹肉已經夠鹹味,唔使再沾料

4)三重芝士焗龍蝦炒飯底 HKD438.-/(半隻) (9/10)
龍蝦肉Q彈,芝士味香濃,如果米飯係圓粒米,應該比長條米更搭😅
原價用整隻龍蝦係788+1,但店家看我哋只係倆位食,推薦我們試食,建議訂半份(芝士多會感覺滯)👍
