To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

江仔記真是除了魚製品之外,雲吞,水餃真是不好點,完全不合格兼要劣評。數日前,平日我最愛吃的魚六寶都賣光了,所以被逼點其他配菜。之前聽家人說雲吞極度難食,我想水餃應該都是這樣的水平,但人總是要有勇氣去嚐嚐才知道好吃不好吃🙈,吃完後只可以說此乃中伏之作。水餃包得很鬆散,我未用筷子夾在碗中已經分開數節😨慘不忍睹,夾起來看又沒有基本的飽滿感,木耳,竹筍感覺不新鮮,蝦肉欠彈性,水餃裡面沒太多蝦肉的蹤影,豬肉內餡亦少之又少,所以說何其差。一是江仔記改善雲吞的味道及技術,一是不好再賣雲吞,別難為了喜歡吃水餃雲吞的客人嘴巴,包括我。
