To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上菜服務慢得離譜，真係令人咬牙切齒！啲碟仲未上到，我嘅肚子已經咕咕叫。侍應慢條斯理咁走，就似佢哋嘅腳底下生咗根藤一樣。一個鐘頭過去，只係送咗一個前菜，我都懷疑佢哋係咪打咗盹先出嚟。 碟仔上嚟嘅時候，已經冷咗得嚟，啲菜又乾又硬，完全冇咗食物應有嘅風味同質感。食物嚟得咁慢，唔係等待，係折磨！俾錢畀你哋，係想食飯唔係想等你哋慢慢嘆。唔好話係悶，呢個係簡直係食客嘅地獄體驗！食完嘅時候，我哋早就餓死，要求埋單都要等到我哋嘅髮型長到腰先得。真係唔明白，係咪佢哋以為我哋係來呢度慢慢過生活，而唔係食飯？總括嚟講，呢間餐廳嘅上菜服務真係慢得出奇，唔止係慢，仲慢過海龜爬山！如果你唔想變成飢餓嘅行尸走肉，最好避免呢度，唔好自找罪受啦！
