Flames鰂魚涌店, 雖然並不起眼, 在兩幢大廈中間, 擺放了戶外枱椅, 叫了前菜蒜香蝦球$78,煮法有啲似西班牙香蒜蝦咁, 差不多係油浸大蝦, 蒜香味濃, 蝦肉超彈牙,主菜叫了1/4隻炭燒香草雞釀麵包糠, 見到廚窗, 一眼睇晒廚房的格局,見到裡面有個大烤雞焗爐, 已旋轉式不停轉住烤,令烤雞燒得均勻及金黃色, 店員介紹, 由今晨清早已開似烤,好像慢煮咁,所以肉質好嫩滑, 有香草味, 雞肉又入味,外皮又脆, 唔怪得係招牌菜。同時加了個side dishes $38 ,初時以為會好細個Salad,點知都好多, 有燒南瓜粒,芝士、蕃茄、新鮮沙律菜和松子,好開胃。另一main course, 叫了10安士肉眼扒配薯條$168, 揀了五成熟的肉眼扒,牛扒肉汁鮮甜, 牛肉味香, 肉質夠腍, 薯條灑了調味粉, 好惹味及香脆。 飲品叫了兩杯凍咖啡。
