I dined at Flames recently, and it was a mixed bag. The beef cheek was exceptional—tender, flavorful, with a vibrant salsa sauce that added a zesty kick, showcasing the kitchen’s skill. 喺鰂魚湧返工一定會嚟海灣街呢條食街道睇下有咩好嘢食, 呢間專買燒燒雞嘅專門店🐔🐔每逢食飯時段一定大排長龍, 今日我特登過曬食晏時間先嚟買, 15分鐘就有得食, 燒雞就正如我標題所講係鬼佬燒雞, 即係食落後有少少乾, 不過配上佢哋特備嘅辣醬, 食落又ok喎👍🏻==============================🍚今日想食飯所以就冇配薯條, 佢個飯係用茄膏 調咗少少味, 同佢哋燒雞嘅味道都好配合😋

今日放假同老公去左海濱匯Flames食Bruch餐廳環境闊落 坐位有室內外選擇 空間感十足 坐得好舒服 感覺好Chill。過了一個愉快的週末避風塘雞翼$78避風塘雞翼皮脆肉嫩 微辣惹味 好味道新鮮黑松露蘑菇扁意粉 $138濃郁黑松露配蘑菇扁意粉 好creamy 每一啖都食都蘑菇 意粉好有彈性意式辣肉腸薄餅 $158意大利辣肉醬、辣沙樂美腸、俄勒岡菜、聖馬札諾番茄、馬蘇里拉芝士薄餅底好鬆軟 薄餅餡料豐富 配上意大利辣肉醬 非常惹味Cappuccino $38香醇的咖啡，香濃幼滑Flat White $38咖啡同牛奶比例恰當，個人很喜歡

一直都係鰂魚涌flames嘅常客，FLAMES CARBONARA LINGUINE 同CRUMBED FISH BURGER & FRIES都係同男朋友必點嘅食物。但自從轉左新menu之後 LINGUINE 偏咸，而 FISH BURGER 塊魚柳細左好多，炸得唔夠所以口感會好鬆散。但整體而言環境幾清幽，露天環境見其他人都會叫杯酒坐底chill下，但打卡嚟講晚上就會難啲，因為冇乜街燈淨係店內廚房會光少少，客人枱面會有一盞小燈，情侶一齊食都幾浪漫

🍗香草釀麵包糠燒雞 ½ $90 +薯條$15燒雞外皮薄微脆帶炭燒味，雞肉唔算滑有啲乾，不過有咬口，本身調味唔重，要點醬汁，唔覺有麵包糠😂，半隻有兩隻雞髀😉，薯條🍟份量有啲少🍗葡式香辣燒雞 ¼ $60加左Peri Peri辣醬，香辣燒雞更惹味，外皮香，雞肉相比下更juicy多啲肉汁，薯條同辣醬好夾🍟，相較下香辣燒雞好食啲😝🍝煙鴨胸扁意粉 $78鴨胸同蕃茄醬好夾，意粉硬身啲，滿滿蕃茄醬🥫，開胃唔漏😆.✨露天室外座位非常寫意，最近天氣涼涼地唔會熱，餐廳主打食燒雞，不過都有意粉同埋沙律.

每個禮拜都一定有日lunch食FLAMES燒雞薯條餐 女仔食1/4隻都夠飽，我會加多杯奶茶但1/4隻有機會會雞胸位。。。雞髀位好食好多！雞鹽薯條都好正，粗薯條炸到啱啱好希望經openrice外賣自取可以加上雞腿選項，加$5都可以！因為肉質真係好食好多！睇相都見到隻雞燒到啱啱好，超級香配嘅醬會有少少辣，十分香口。下次有機會會想再試吓意粒類，之前試過蕃茄炒飯覺得一般，唔夠粒粒分明，所以燒雞配薯條比較推薦。

This restaurant has been famous for their piri piri chicken for years. Tonight I spent my mid week celebration meal with my dear friend, who has been a chicken lover and also been asking to try this restaurant for long.Before visiting this restaurant we kind of worried the whole dining experience would be stuffy and hot as it is an outdoor seating restaurant. Flames Carbonara Linguine雞肉卡邦尼意粉($88, w/ discount on A La Carte Menu for online booking)🍝Creamy sauce, bacons and mushrooms. Love the chewy texture of pasta.🪑Outdoor seats in an alley. Good to have less air-con.

This is one of my favourite to go lunch place in quarry bay, the environment may not be optimal here and most of their seats are outdoor, but I really like their food as their chicken really brings me back to nando’s.Recommend their pasta too, it tastes soo good and combine really well with the chickenThis place is always a good option if you would like to eat healthier

第一次係open rice 寫食評，因為覺得被欺騙。細路晏奏要食tea，係OpenRice 度搵附近有咩野抵食，就搵到呢間餐廳。首先，佢係條後行入面，隔離成排垃圾車勁污糟。坐低個細路叫肚餓，那那聲叫野食，點知個阿姐行過來話，係唯一個一頁menu入面，pasta冇折，salad冇折。我話咁drinks 呢度話一至日全程買一送一呢？佢話只係walk in 先有喎，大佬，咁你不如唔好做折啦，你咁係欺騙客人囉。我之後問阿姐，咁你其實有咩折呢？小食呢？佢話小食都冇折，sides都冇折，得main dish 有折。咁即係個頁餐牌得幾樣有折。細路肚餓都局住要叫野食，食左就即走，佢仲要收加一架。係堆垃圾桶隔離食佢都收得落加一，又欺騙人所謂全單8折，搵鬼來啦。

呢間食燒雞我都幾鐘意🤭因為食物好味，而且露天餐廳好有feel👍🏻今次食唔係好餓，所以4個人叫左3個餐😆我哋叫咗4分1隻雞配蕃茄飯、忌廉蕃茄汁蝦球🍤意粉、同fish and chips🤣除左配飯，仲可以揀配薯條同沙律，呢度嘅薯條🍟幾好食㗎！燒雞黎講都可以接受，雞肉唔係好”鞋”，燒得啱啱好😋我個人最like 個意粉，好似每次黎都有叫😚個蕃茄醬好creamy，而家蝦好彈，真係好食🤤如果想搵個地方比較寫意咁坐下傾下，呢度係一個好選擇👍🏻🥰

Pretty bad experience we’ve had!! I made a reservation for 2 pax at 12:15pm via this app and I arrived 2 minutes earlier than the reservation was but I was asked to wait until my friend arrived! I waited for a bit and more and more people without reservations have occupied the tables!! I quickly asked them that I had made a reservation and it made I sense for me to wait! holy cheap and high quality western food.half grill chiken only cost you 124$, with fries sides dish. chicken skin are crispy and good. chicken breast are tinder and little dry out, but still good.that is very suitable for body builder likes me. dont guess it wrong, not muscular body builder loves me, just i am look alike of body builder and gym oftens to build muscle. we need protein just looks alike them.bullshit done, spaghetti is good too 89$, portion is ok for girls, not enuf for men.ps. ga

終於等到聖誕，工作做冇咁繁忙。可以同朋友食好西了。嚟到鰂魚涌散步，見到一間幾有feel嘅餐廳，係坐室外又有暖爐就揀咗佢。我同朋友嗌咗兩樣嘢主菜，一個沙律，一杯啤酒慢慢食。火箭菜蘋果芝士沙律欣賞佢加咗合桃，增加嘅口感同埋香口好多。蘋果同成件事有好夾，清新得來又帶點甜味。主菜有烤雞，佢可以簡1/4 或者1/2好貼心。我地想試多啲唔同嘅野就叫左1/4隻，烤雞肉質幾嫩，切開嘅時候都有肉汁，薯條係厚肉個種好岩我呢啲鐘意擔擔肉嘅人。10oz 肉眼扒配薯菜首先係個價錢真係好抵啦！百零蚊就可以食到不錯質素嘅牛扒，肉味幾濃而且熟度剛好呢啲時候配埋杯生啤就冇得輸，呢個啤酒夠凍夠泡！
