2020年2月4日 星期二今晚我預約咗大坑既一間餐廳,打算同女朋友去食,因為聽佢講好掛住日本既燒肉,但係又無得即時去日本食,所以就唯有喺香港揀一間相類似嘅餐廳嘅外觀好有時尚感覺,就咁睇完全唔覺得係食燒肉嘅入到去裝修得好有格調,見到仲有2樓俾人坐,私隱度好高餐牌方面都有好多唔同嘅選擇,燒肉套餐有三款可以揀,店員好細心咁為我地解釋每款套餐有咩分別,最後我哋揀咗三個唔同部位嘅燒肉拼盤再加小食同拉麵首先嚟嘅有自家製蔬菜潰物,每個蔬菜都值得細細舊,好容易入口,食落去酸酸地幾開胃,較為欣賞腌蘿蔔,因為有好多水份之餘仲好爽口之後就有三款燒和牛拼盤,碟上面寫得好清楚分別係邊三個和牛嘅部位,未燒都已經睇得出紋理好分明,而且已經有調味料腌制過。燒嘅時候大概燒幾十秒就已經熟曬,見到啲肉汁不停流出嚟,食落去入口即溶,牛肉味即時喺口腔擴散開去,幸福嘅滋味湧上嚟,唔同嘅部位的確係有分別,因為有一款比較有咬口,而另一款油脂就比較重跟住就有牛尾拉麵,拉麵同一般嘅好唔同,比較有彈性,同湯底好配合,而且湯底好清甜,係牛肉湯底,但係冇一般嘅牛肉湯咁混濁,果然係餐廳最受歡迎嘅菜式之一最後要埋石頭飯,店員話撈完飯之後可以加少少

最後要埋石頭飯,店員話撈完飯之後可以加少少湯一齊食,果然食落去冇咁乾身,容易入口之餘配料同飯好似更加配合。另外撈飯嘅時候有少少飯已經變成飯焦,食落去脆卜卜,口感更加豐富

雖然唔係食咗好多嘢,不過好飽肚而且見到女朋友食得好滿足
