Not doubt that Local food are closing year by year and hardly found in big shopping mall. Yet, 𝙷𝚘𝚗𝚐 𝙺𝚘𝚗𝚐 𝚆𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝙽𝚒𝚗 did well to balance the traditional favor and operate in modern way. I love their traditional soup base as it recall my old memory of 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝑵𝒐𝒐𝒅𝒍𝒆（車仔麵）. Topping with Tender radish, smoked red sausage, marinated chicken wings, Pig skin and curdled pig’s blood (豬紅）and flat rice noodles, so nice! yumyum😋
If you want something enhance your health &skin condition, do try 𝑮𝒐𝒅𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒃𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒍 𝒏𝒐𝒐𝒅𝒍𝒆! It served with fish maw which is traditionally believe it function for better skin quality.
They use a nice 𝑭𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒃𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒖𝒓𝒅 𝒔𝒂𝒖𝒄𝒆 for 𝑾𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒄𝒉, which tasting so good, too.
Have to say its always worth to go back for another round of cart noodles, that explained why there is always a queue outside the shop.
