To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間小店一定要幫老闆娘介紹下，大家記住好好支持一下小店啊，呢啲街坊人情味一定要保留住呀！！！同老闆娘傾開計先知原來呢間小店已經經營左20年，以前最初係主打肉燥飯，之後先慢慢加入其他菜式，根據廚房煮嘢食嘅儀器或者廚師黎改變餐牌入邊嘅選擇，menu上每一樣嘢都係老闆娘親自篩選過！時菜蠔皇冬菇 $48 可以揀菜心底或者生菜底，冬菇炆得好入味，好食。海鮮喇沙配新竹米粉 $58 呢個價錢有呢個質素真係無敵，除咗好多海鮮之外，湯底都好好味，湯底唔係一般黃色嘅黃色喇沙底，而係白色。個天造甜品 $48 係我全餐嘅highlight，芋圓同珍珠都食得出係即叫即整嘅，好煙韌，完全冇吹涼咗之後好硬嘅嗰種口感加埋個牛奶沙冰真係無敵，從來都未食過咁滑嘅沙冰
