To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

慢活下來轉左去紅磡區返工，一直未發掘呢一區有啲咩餐廳美食，估唔到原來係黃埔船旁邊係有間茶木，呢間茶木裝修比較別字，而家坐入去就令人想慢活下來路邊攤小食炸到脆卜卜，上枱時仲有一股熱氣，店員好細心，叫我哋要小心啲，唔好焫親鹽酥雞炸到酥脆可口，雞肉嫩滑，台式香腸肥而不膩蒜香麻辣豬耳朵少少麻辣，煙煙韌韌的豬耳朵配搭爽趣青瓜，非常好嘅開胃小食櫻花蝦花枝餅口感彈牙，亦有龍龍花枝薇，可見真材實料微辣半筋半肉手工拌麵茶木嘅拌麵一直都係我嘅至愛，我已經encore過無數次，今次食呢款半筋半肉，啲牛筋已經溫到好林，入口半溶，牛肉味濃抹茶鮮果流心歐軟去茶木，一定係最期待個甜品，留心歐軟，果然名不虛傳，個麵包中間係有個流心嘅mochi,配埋多士及雪糕，簡直係一流嘅享受，煙靭香脆鮮甜嘅口感集於一身
