美國西冷牛扒配香脆薯條 $258西冷牛扒🥩厚度十足😆order左五成熟上到黎七成都有🤦🏻‍♀️因為過左火，肉質有少少韌😕但未至於咬唔開切既時候仲有肉汁但食落稱唔上juicy味道方面牛味欠奉❎配菜有蘑菇🍄、翠肉瓜、椰菜花、甘荀🥕等全部都爽脆🤡唔錯👍🏻薯條🍟炸得香脆乾身、唔油膩🍾不過因為選用幼身薯條做唔到外脆內綿既效果🤔意式香草軟包🍞上到枱仲暖暖地外皮烘到帶小脆內裏麵包體鬆軟✨唔痴牙👏🏻帶少少蒜香同香草味幾好食🤤田園沙律🥗蔬菜新鮮大片黑醋🧉稠身、酸味恰到好處整體而言，雖然成個餐份量好多🤰🏻但因為牛扒質素一般令我覺得性價比唔算高🙅🏻‍♀️未必會再encore🙊

但食落稱唔上juicy

全部都爽脆🤡
唔錯👍🏻
