呢間CAFE上層為SALON, 主打提供三文治, 沙律, 咖啡等輕食, 依加再推出晚餐, 一於又試下先!CAFE面積頗精緻, 設有水吧位, 未食晚餐時可先飲杯野, 舒解一下心情飲品選擇有各款咖啡, 特飲, 有機茶, 冷榨菓汁等既然係咁, 叫返杯特飲飲下先, 呢杯Passion Fruit Lime Soda, 味道酸中帶甜, 有青檸既醒神香味, 加上梳打既氣, 飲落係幾refresh!呢杯咁靚係Butterfly Pea Flower Tea, 由原本既藍色加入檸蜜後就會變成紫色, 好靚呀, 味道偏向似杯淡既檸蜜, 都唔錯!晚餐推介慢煮系列主打為慢煮西班牙黑毛豬扒($168), 唔太大件但有相當厚度, 伴以焗薯及配菜先慢煮後再煎香個外面, 肉扒輕易被切開, 見到裏面既肉色較為呈現嫩粉紅色, 點少少特色醬汁, 味道酸中帶少少甜味, 幾醒胃, 口感嫩滑!再試埋呢款慢煮鷄扒 ($118), 較豬扒大件D, 亦都係伴以焗薯及配菜, 賣相精美!煮法亦係先慢煮後再煎香外皮, 呢款無需點醬汁, 切開鷄肉一啖放入口, 超級嫩滑之餘肉汁係口內大爆發, 相當滋味!估唔到以親民價錢可以係中環食到水準唔錯既慢
