最近想買對平平地既跑鞋,去左觀塘工廈行,行到咁上下,肚開始餓,就搵下附近既餐廳食晚飯啦!上網見到駱駝漆大廈三期有間餐廳叫「慢煮工房」,就俾個名吸引左,衝左上去食啦搭lift上到四樓,發現幾大下,但間餐廳都幾顯眼,易搵。一入到餐廳見到開房式廚房,廚房既對面就係一排木枱櫈連sofa位啦。環境寬落,燈光都適中。餐牌設計簡單,一目了然。Sous Vide意思係真空低溫烹調,係一種利用相對較低的溫度進行長時間加熱的烹飪方法,目的係想保留材料既鮮美所以我地揀左2個 Sous Vide 既 main course蒜苦包幾香口沙律新鮮,sauce幾特別南瓜湯令人一試難忘,南瓜味濃郁,又鮮甜慢煮.法式小鍋燉牛脷.墨西哥玉米餅.鮮蕃茄沙沙($198)先試左個墨西哥玉米餅,夠脆夠香口,就咁食都得,亦可以配埋個法式小鍋燉牛脷同埋汁食,口感會更豐富法式小鍋燉牛脷食得出係用心烹調過,牛脷好淋,個汁好鮮甜,而且牛脷份量多,牛味好濃個鍋入面加左啲香草,洋蔥調味,唔錯,薯仔都煮到好淋,薯仔都同個汁好夾。蕃茄沙沙都好鮮甜今晚呢個main course我好鐘意慢煮.迷迭香烤法國春雞.香脆薯角.烤茄子($188)一上枱,我呆

我地見咁大隻,就搵侍應叫廚房幫我地切開,一開四,我地再自己切黎食。
雞肉肉質鮮嫩,脂肪比例少,雞皮有小小脆,香口惹味

如果有燒汁配烤法國春雞會夾啲,今晚呢個cream有點不太夾
