今日喺太子覓食,路過呢度,被門口巨型粉紅花花吸引,再望吓裏邊,裝修簡約又幾靚,咁就入去試吓😁有好多款Lunch Set可以揀, 要咗$148嘅「慢煮牛肉面頰 13 Hours Sous Vide Beef Cheek」, 包 Pasta of The Day, 再加$20要咗杯 Cappuccino😁Pasta of The Day 先上,係蕃茄肉碎意粉;如果響意大利用餐,好多時都會先食一小碟Pasta作為Appetizer, 不過通常都係非常簡單嘅橄欖油意粉加芝士,已經好好味;呢度嘅蕃茄肉碎意粉就相對更加豐富,亦出奇地好味,有小驚喜😋跟住主菜「牛面頰」就上埋,肉質超級軟熟,完全熟透,非常juicy, 後來店員哥哥話係用50度慢煮13小時😋;「牛面頰」配火箭菜同薯蓉一齊食幾夾😋Cappuccino幾香幾滑😋。坐得舒服食得滿意嘅一餐😋
